The accommodation training course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the responsibilities, tasks and equipment required to be a member of the housekeeping department in a hotel or guesthouse. The course ensures that participants understand the procedures required when cleaning in the accommodation department of a hotel whilst maintaining the high levels of customer service also required. This course is designed for anyone beginning their career as an accommodation assistant as well as those looking to retrain and add another skill set to their existing repertoire. The in-depth training covers correct bathroom & bedroom cleaning, chemical use, bed making, lost and found procedures and correct customer interaction and participants are required to complete a comprehensive written exam in order to be awarded their certificate.
